The property was clean and exceptional. The staffs were best & knowledgeable. The location couldn't be more unbeatable in an industrial productionsite rather than at the ocean. Further, it was near the shopping centre, beautiful artwork throughout and shopping strip. The meal served at the beach restaurant was fabulous!

Great central Waikiki location with easy beach access. Very good value compared to the major chain hotels surrounding it. Free parking was a bonus.

The location was wonderful, just one street back from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Loved the beach mats, towels etc available from the bell desk. The only downfall was that our room didn't look much like the pictures on the website, however in saying that the room was still clean and comfortable. Loved the added bonus of Nobu downstairs - Fabulous restaurant!
While the hotel staff were accommodating I felt they could have been a bit more friendly, it would have taken this good hotel experience and turned it into an excellent one.

Great location. Lotus Elise available for rent. Great restaurants nearby.
Ocean View Prime is not that 'prime'. There is a Sheraton hotel between the beach and the hotel, so even on the 16th floor the front view of the ocean is partially blocked.

Waikiki Parc was in an ideal location just minutes (walking) from the beach, restaurants, shops and other attractions. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and well serviced with a lovely view of the mountains. The room wasn't particularly large but even with three of us we felt quite comfortable.

Really good Stay with Fine Views
Our family enjoyed three nights in a modern, clean double queen room with amazing mountain views. The attentive staff amazed us by granting early check-in and access to amenities after checkout. Don't miss the breakfast buffet-those omelettes are a must! Make sure to request a high-floor room for optimal scenery.

that it was in downtown and was able to walk around
The first room we were assigned smelled so bad that the two teenagers that I was with complained and I agreed and the front office was so kind to change our room immediatly but then the room did not have the view we had of the ocean so it was bad...and it seemed they did not care

Location and the free parking which was included in the Sunrise package.
The breakfast which was included in the Sunrise Package was a major disappointment.

The grilled fish was killer, and you can't miss the local favorites at breakfast-pure magic on a plate! The room's high-tech bathroom had me feeling all fancy, and the serene atmosphere was a joy after a day of adventure.
Only bummer? I stumbled upon an unidentified stain on the sheet, but I was too beat to raise a fuss. No doubt they would've handled it like champs if I had.

The best thing about the hotel was that it was very central to everything: the main street, the beach, shopping, cafes, restaurants- everything! There was a tour desk which we used everyday which came in handy and their was internet access also available in the lobby! The staff were always very friendly with a smile on their faces. The rooms were always cleaned as soon as we got back from sightseeing. It was great...

Close to the beach and the shops. Not a huge place so not over-run with thousands of guests. Very helpful staff, we had a lovely room on the top floor with a beautiful ocean view. The hotel next door is the sister property the Halekulani, we had a beautiful meal there by the beach with Hawaiian entertainment.
Pool not in the garden but no big deal, everything else was great.
